DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If you are unsure if the boots will fit then please get in touch so we can help you before you buy. If the boots you have purchased do not fit once received we will NOT be able to offer a refund unless the size sent differ from the size stated in your order or the unlikely event they arrive damaged. Due to the fact that multiple photos are provided of each boot and the condition of the boots are always brand new we DO NOT accept returns. More photos can be provided upon request. If this is the case please contact us

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

PLEASE NOTE: Boots will be shown as available until payment has cleared. If payment is not made immediately the boots will stay on sale. If payment is late and the boots have been sold to someone else we will refund your payment.

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards - Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal.

DAMAGED GOODS

If in the very unlikely case that your boots arrive damaged or not in the condition that you expected them to be we will refund you in full. Please CONTACT US within 7 days from receipt of boots detailing the damage and then return the boots (and box if applicable) back to us as soon as possible in order for us to process a refund.

 

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

It is our goal that your boots will be the correct fit. When selecting your size refer to the sizing guide. If you have a question about a particular boot type, please get in contact rareboots4u@gmail.com and we’ll try to help you find the right size.
