WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes. If you are not entirely satisfied we offer a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging. Please contact us and state your name and order number. Once this has been sent we'll send you the address which your items need to be sent back too.

We are not offering free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us. 

Once the item has been received to the given address you'll receive a full refund and you can repurchase your desired boots.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items will be shipped by a trusted courier DPD.

UK parcels will be delivered within 1-2 days. Monday-Friday

Europe parcels will be delivered in 3-5 days. Monday-Friday

International parcels will be delivered in 5-7 days. Monday-Friday

Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday. Orders placed after 12 pm will only be processed the following day. 

For all orders you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and how to track your order. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE BOOTS

If in the very unlikely you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us with your name, order number and a photo of the boots. We'll take care of you!

Please note the items must be unworn and in the original packaging it arrived in. The usual 14 days applies.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Please allow 7 working days for your refund. Once we have received and accepted your items your refund will be processed. (You will be notified via email.)
